My shyness helped me..

I was  shy  once. I'm still shy though. But not as worst as before. At least I can control it. But talking about being shy, it was me years ago.
I was a shy-boy. So shy that I was like a tortoise. Will rear-up my head when no one's around and do the disappearing-act when someone appears. But that was before.
You have to control your shyness. It's  not WRONG being shy but don't let shyness freezed your life that you can't make a damn move because of it. Don't be despaired because shyness engulfed you.  You have to fight back. Contain that feeling of shyness. I did. Control it before it control you. That's what I successfully did in order to continue with life.
Enjoy life even though you're shy. Don't let shyness makes you feel guilty of not enjoying life. Make shyness FUN to live with.
How did I survive with shyness?
Plenty of ways but I only give you some basic ways to overcome or enjoy being a shy-person.
Firstly...find out WHAT makes you so shy?
WHY are you shy and HOW did you become shy?
How and WHEN to enjoy being shy?
As I've said, I enjoy life whilst also being a shy-person. What's the meaning of that?
Naturally a shy-person won't enjoy anything right? Right because when you're being shy your movements becomes freezed and limited. You're full of  nervous sweats. You can't meet people. It makes you sick.
But..how did I enjoy that?..Well..I think in a POSITIVE way.  I put aside all NEGATIVE feelings. If I'm positive and think positively, I got my strength from there. I know I'm shy but I know I can move on with life. My shyness won't let me down if I tell it so.
So..if you feel shy about doing anything..just tell yourself that you have to do it..tell your shyness to help you move on with it. Tell your shyness that you have to do it or you go BUST. I'm sure you will feel differently and suddenly  your energy surged to a new heights where you automatically forget that you're shy and do what you wanted to do. Try it. It worked because I did it and so has some of my friends who were also shy in many ways.
At first they were skeptical but after trying it forcefully, they managed to successfully forgotten that they were shy and get on with it.
You can forget about being shy if you don't think that you're shy. Shyness comes when you invited it to come to you. It is welcome BUT you have to tell it to follow what you want it to do and not the other way around. Tell shyness that you're the master of you and it is to reside in you QUIETLY and not to disturb your every movements.
Enjoy being shy but at the same time you can enjoy what you want to do while it lingers around you.
